Who Needs Water Anyway?

Of course, everyone needs water.
Wars have been fought over water, and whole civilizations have been build around it, all because no one can live without it.
Water does more than just keep you from dying, although that’s one good reason to drink it. It adds to your life in other ways as well.
Water helps free the system of impurities, its cleanses the body tissues, and invigorates the vital organs.
Water in the blood brings nutrition and oxygen to your tissues, and carries off wastes internally as well as externally.
Your body is approximately 70% water. To keep your body operating optimally adults should consume at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily.
