Polynesian Oat Bars

2 cups chopped dates

20 ounce can crush pineapple with juice

3 cups oats or quick oats

1 cup oat or millet flour

1 cup dried coconut

½ cup chopped nuts

1 ½ cups pineapple juice or any fruit juice

½ teaspoon sea salt

Shape mixture into bars, you determine the size. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If in a hurry, use 3 cups granola tossed with 1 cup nuts and 1 cup honey or maple syrup. You may use any chopped dried fruit and preserves topped with nuts.
