Oatmeal Patties

2 cups oatmeal (uncooked)

1 ½ teaspoon sage

2 teaspoons vegan chicken seasoning

¼ cup onion, minced

¼ cup chopped celery

2 tablespoons olive oil

¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Sea salt to taste

Cook oatmeal as instructed on container or medium consistency. Allow oatmeal to thicken. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine other ingredients with oatmeal and mix. Form into thin patties. Place on oiled baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until patties are firm and brown. Serve with gravy or as a burger.
