Fruit Salad and Mint

Juice of 2 ripe oranges 

1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and cut into bite-sized pieces 

1 pint strawberries, sliced 

1 ripe pear, peeled, cored, and cut into bite-sized pieces 

3/4 cup seedless grapes, halved 

12 mint leaves, torn 

Pinch of cardamon (optional) 

In a mixing bowl, add the orange juice and remaining ingredients and stir gently until combined. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve chilled
