Cashew Roast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
3 cups finely ground toasted cashews
2 cups vegetarian burgers (Morningstar)
1 cup nut milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegan beef style seasoning
1 tablespoon Braggs liquid aminos
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup vegan mayonnaise
In medium skillet, heat the oil. Sauté onions and celery until onion translucent and celery tender. Put in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spray medium casserole dish with cooking spray.
